Strategy We then develop a project “Plan of Action,” to confirm the findings of the Discovery process and provide the framework to move forward with a comprehensive understanding of your business process, project materials and project expectations.
DefinitionAt this point, a “Project Memo” (e.g. production tasks, project benchmarks, approval process, client deliverables, etc.) is created to serve as the common point of reference throughout the development of the solution. We also provide a list of assumptions, a project schedule and a detailed description and definition of the final deliverable.
ProductionOnce the structure and content have been determined through the first three steps, we design, create and test to ensure all aspects of your project are on-target, fully-functional and exceed client expectations. After final quality assurance has been met, the project is produced and completed. This process is determined by the delivery medium(s).
